Terms of Use

These terms govern the use of the Travel Maniac website, merch-shop information, notification forms and the current manual payment flow for selected products. Their purpose is to make clear how the site works, when information is binding and how order-related issues are handled.

Important note

These terms are now materially stronger, but a fully complete ecommerce legal page still requires the public trader identity: legal name or sole trader name, registry code, contact address, official support email and, where applicable, VAT information.

1. Scope

These terms apply to use of the Travel Maniac website, viewing merch-shop content, using notification forms and interacting with products or campaigns where purchase details are provided through a manual payment instruction flow.

Where a specific seller or payment recipient is shown in the payment details for a product, that party is treated as the relevant contractual or fulfilment-side party to the extent made clear before payment.

2. Products, pricing and availability

Product descriptions, visuals, prices, drop timing, stock and availability may change over time. We try to keep information current, but a limited-drop or preview listing does not guarantee continuous availability.

Items marked coming soon, preview or early access are informational previews and do not automatically create a binding offer for everyone on identical terms.

3. How the manual payment order flow works

The current shop flow is not a classic automated basket checkout. The user opens product payment details, makes a bank transfer and adds the required reference and delivery details as instructed.

Order handling depends on payment being received, the reference being understandable, the item being available and the buyer having provided enough information to complete fulfilment. Missing or incorrect size, colour, locker, phone number or reference details may delay or block fulfilment.

A transfer alone does not always mean automatic reservation if stock is already exhausted, information is incomplete or the drop fills faster than the order can be processed.

4. Delivery, fulfilment and user responsibility

Any delivery timing shown on the site is indicative. Based on the current repository content, typical delivery timing is stated as 7 to 14 days, but actual fulfilment depends on product type, availability, drop volume and how quickly payment can be matched.

The buyer is responsible for using the correct amount, reference, product choice, variant information and delivery details. Where delay or extra work is caused by buyer error, Travel Maniac or the relevant seller is not responsible beyond what mandatory law requires.

5. Withdrawal, complaints and defective goods

If you are a consumer entering into a distance contract, mandatory consumer law applies. These terms do not exclude any statutory right of withdrawal, legal remedies for non-conforming goods or other rights granted by law.

Statutory exceptions may still apply for some products, for example goods made to the consumer's specifications or clearly personalised goods. Where such an exception is relevant, it should be clearly communicated in the purchase flow.

If goods are defective or not as agreed, the issue should be reported within a reasonable time and purchase evidence should be retained. The seller may ask for payment data, the order reference, photos or other relevant proof.

6. Notification lists

Joining a newsletter or early-access list does not guarantee a right to buy, queue priority, price protection or product reservation. These lists are meant for communication, not automatic allocation of stock.

Travel Maniac may change the content, timing, frequency or structure of notification campaigns where reasonably necessary for business or technical reasons.

7. Intellectual property and acceptable use

The site design, texts, visuals, brand elements, product descriptions and other content belong to Travel Maniac or the relevant rights holder. They may not be reused in a way that infringes copyright, trademark or other rights.

Users may not use the site for spam, disruption, intrusion attempts, scraping, fake order submissions or other abusive activity.

8. Liability, governing law and disputes

We aim to keep the website available and accurate, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted operation or that all information remains unchanged at all times. This does not affect rights that mandatory law gives consumers.

These terms and the use of the site are governed by Estonian law, except to the extent mandatory consumer law gives the consumer stronger protection under the law of their habitual residence.

Disputes should first be addressed directly with the seller or fulfilment party handling the order. If the matter is not resolved and the trader is registered in Estonia, a consumer may contact the Consumer Disputes Committee. The former EU ODR platform was discontinued on July 20, 2025 and is no longer an active dispute channel.
